I think it is true because if you have a home/house you are being legally obliged and responsible to it, it is your obligation to pay its taxes, and other payments, like the maintenance of of the house. Having your own house will result for you to need the services like TruGreen LandCare, Terminix, American Home Shield, InStar Services Group, ServiceMaster Clean, Merry Maids, Furniture Medic, and AmeriSpec. We need some on these list of services for the maintenance of our own home, and it adds to our liabilities and obligations.

But this services are important and we are thankful for them because almost everybody are so busy that they don't have all the time to do the house chores and these services company are our answer to our dillema.
